  • Representing multinational manufacturer in a merger with a total value over $165,000,000 regarding Mexican antitrust compliance.
  • Representing multinational manufacturer in various railcars leasing agreements in Mexico.
  • Representing Mexican manufacturer in various international supply agreements.
  • Assisting joint venture company (German Bank and U.S. company) in the administration and management of multi-million portfolios of a Mexican Bank.
  • Representing client in an acquisition of a hotel in Acapulco.
  • Assisting a hotel company in general corporate work and some joint ventures in Latin America.
  • Assisting U.S. brokerage services company to franchise its real estate and brokerage services in Mexico.
  • Representing local telephone carrier before the Board of Local Carriers under the Federal Telecommunications Law.
  • Assisting paging company in general corporate work, including telecommunications regulatory issues.
  • Representing U.S. submarine company in a global transaction to tender fiber optic cable from Japan to Mexico, including regulatory issues and the acquisition of real estate in Tijuana, Mexico.
  • Representing various clients in the rendering of value added services in Mexico under the Federal Telecommunications Law.
  • Representing client in the oil sector before Pemex in different contracts, including assistance in environmental issues for its various bases.
