Ms. Lantz is the Military Sales & Marketing Manager for Labinal, Inc. supporting the Labinal North America Wire Division.

Prior to this assignment she was the Operations Manager for Military, Portland, Spares and Repairs programs. She has also held other leadership positions as Program Management and Cost Operations Team Leader. She was responsible for military program performance, budgeting and forecasting, proposals, government audits and contracts. Before her leadership position, Lantz was the Program Manager for 767 AWACs, E3/E6, B52 and KC-135 programs. In addition, she was responsible for Marketing and new Business Development at the Corinth, Texas facility.

Lantz is on the University of North Texas Academic Liaison Office Advisory Board and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the PMI Aerospace & Defense Special Interest Group.
