Oscar Vivanco holds his BS in Biochemical Engineering in 1972 from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, Distrito Federal, México, and a MBA in 1991 from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, Toluca, México.

Since obtaining his BS, Mr. Vivanco has been involved in the production, engineering and projects areas of fine chemicals, mainly in Pfizer for 11 years and Kyowa Hakko for 10 years. He has been working in Signa, S.A. de C.V. since December 1995, originally as Production director, and at the present time holds the position of General Manager.
